The Arke Nice1 interior spiral staircase line of products consists of spiral staircase models and balcony rail kits. The Nice1 spiral staircase kits are available 63-in diameters and 1 color – gray. Each standard stair kit includes 12 multi-layered birch-plywood treads with beech veneer and polyurethane protective coating, 1 landing, balusters, 1 handrail coil made of extruded vinyl, landing rail, and hardware. Each kit installs with a 360° turn. Additional risers are not available for this model. This Arke Nice1 63-in grey spiral staircase kit is adjustable and economically priced. They complement and add style to any interior living space. Safety bars – required by some municipalities - are available in a set of 12 to close off the back of the treads (creating a 4" maximum gap).
